I've loved my culture for as long as I can remember. Growing up, the patterns, the traditions, and the stories of my people were my escape, my comfort, and my inspiration. I would wrap myself in those colors and symbols everywhere I went, returning to the details that felt like they truly understood me. As I got older, that love never left. It just evolved.
These jackets started as a simple idea: what if I could carry the heritage that shaped me in a new way? Not just honor it, but wear it. Every jacket I create is inspired by the feeling of holding something sacred in your hands. The texture, the nostalgia, the emotion woven into every bead and every fringe.
