Many products are offered on a PRE-ORDER basis.

Each jacket is individually handmade with careful attention to craftsmanship, materials, embroidery, stitching, finishing, and quality control.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations in color, texture, stitching, measurements, or appearance may occur and are considered part of the uniqueness of each item.

We make every effort to display product images, colors, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, actual products may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, photography, and handmade production processes.

We reserve the right to discontinue products, limit quantities, refuse orders, or modify product specifications without prior notice.

Production generally begins after an order is placed and requires approximately 12–15 business days to complete.

Production timelines are estimates only and may vary due to manufacturing requirements, material availability, quality control procedures, supplier schedules, holidays, weather events, shipping disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customers expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• PRE-ORDER purchases are made with the understanding that production has not yet been completed.

• Production timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

• Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

• Return eligibility, where applicable, begins only after physical delivery of the product.

• By placing a PRE-ORDER, the customer agrees to wait for production and fulfillment of the product.
